We use Bussgods as our courier for deliveries over 2 kg in weight and for bulky items over 130 cm in length (primarily ski poles).
Any returns should be sent to Tegsnäs Skidan AB for inspection. The customer is liable for the shipping charge incurred for returning the goods.
Only defects in materials or other defects that have arisen during manufacturing will be compensated.
Damage caused by overloading or other external damage will not be compensated.
Approved returns will be replaced with an equivalent product that will be shipped to the customer at Tegsnäs Skidan AB's expense.
Shipping charges include invoicing and packing charges.
